CHECK-IN:
Go straight to your room! Since the condo is privately owned, bypass the reception desk. You don’t need to waste time waiting in line to check-in! Also, why worry about carrying a room key around? We have keyless locks, and each reservation receives a unique code to get you into the room.

Sit on your private oceanfront balcony with an incredible view, enjoying coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. Watch the pelicans dive for fish, the dolphins swim up the coast, or hunt for shells and crabs! You’ll feel at home and find everything within close distance. In fact, you never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to.

The hotel is in a perfect location, located 2 blocks off Highway 17 (where there are tons of restaurants – many within walking distance, entertainment areas, miniature golf, golf courses, grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping, outlets, boating, and fishing). We are located between 2 large entertainment complexes - Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing; and there are dinner shows nearby like Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Alabama Theatre. A short ride away is the Boardwalk with the Sky Wheel and arcades.

RENTAL POLICIES:
This is a privately owned condo and is not part of the Sand Dunes rental program. Maid service and Sand Dunes kiddie waterpark are not included.

Must be 25 to rent. This is a non-smoking property.
No motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

25 year old minimum age requirement. Non-smoking room. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Reservations will include tax and a $110 cleaning fee. $250 refundable damage deposit is required. For June, July, and August, reservations for less than 3 nights are only accepted as fill-in's between other reservations. Cancellation policy is 60 days. All rental fees paid to owner (not VRBO/Homeaway) prior to 60 days will be refunded if cancelled within 60 days with the exception of credit card processing fees.
