Imagine yourself in a gorgeous newly renovated oceanfront King Suite with a beautiful balcony that has amazing views of the beach and the ocean. Sit, enjoy the view of the ocean and have coffee or cocktails! Listen to the sounds of the ocean with the one you love the most from our newly renovated 5th story oceanfront condo.

The Sand Dunes is in a fabulous location in an area known as the Golden Mile. Located only 2 blocks from Hwy 17, and everything is within close distance. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at home. In fact, you never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. It will be the perfect couple’s getaway!

Parking:
Free onsite parking. You will receive a parking permit when you arrive at the condo.

Check-In:
No hassle of having to wait in line to “check-in.” You can go direct to the suite because you’ll have keyless entry. This also means you don’t have to worry about losing your room key.

Bedroom:
Walk into your piece of heaven when you come through the door. Your tropical paradise includes a bedroom with a wonderful sink-into King pillowtop bed with a memory foam topper where you can watch TV on the flat screen TV. There is a dresser and guest closet so you’ll have plenty of room to tuck away your clothes. Iron and Ironing Board included. Luxury linens included.

Find a table for 2 for meals although there is so many great restaurants either onsite or in the area, you may not want to cook!

Kitchen:
The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, a 2 burner cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, utensils, wine glasses, cookware, a toaster, and of course, a blender to mix up tropical drinks. You’ll also receive a starter pack with paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and a sponge.

Bathroom:
The condo also comes stocked with soft towels, a a starter kit with 2 rolls of toilet paper; shampoo, conditioner and body wash; and a hairdryer.

Balcony:
You have a balcony where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. Watch the pelicans dive for fish and the dolphins swim up the coast. You are also overlooking the pool down below.

If you want to leave the resort, the hotel is in a perfect location, between 2 large family entertainment areas – Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing – and very close to many of the local attractions – Carolina Opry, Pirate Show, and Medieval Times. You are two blocks away from Hwy 17 where there are many, many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Starbucks is right next door.

This unit is not on the Sand Dunes rental program; therefore, daily maid service and Sand Dunes waterpark not included. However, you have access to the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river! Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Reservations will include tax and a $110 cleaning fee. $250 refundable damage deposit is required. For June, July, and August, reservations for less than 3 nights are only accepted as fill-in's between other reservations. Cancellation policy is 60 days. All rental fees paid to owner (not VRBO/Homeaway) prior to 60 days will be refunded if cancelled within 60 days with the exception of credit card processing fees.
